The Arts Educator Leadership Accelerator is a high-impact leadership training program designed for practicing arts educators ready to expand their impact and lead beyond their classrooms. This immersive program develops the strategic, instructional, and leadership skills needed to step confidently into roles such as team lead, instructional coach, mentor, curriculum coordinator, or district arts leader.
The 6-week Jump Start intensive takes place in July and August.

A fleshed-out 90-Day leadership plan to use in your school or district
