The Arts Educator Leadership Accelerator is a high-impact leadership training program designed for practicing arts educators ready to expand their impact and lead beyond their classrooms. This immersive program develops the strategic, instructional, and leadership skills needed to step confidently into roles such as team lead, instructional coach, mentor, curriculum coordinator, or district arts leader.
This option of the program includes the 6-week Jump Start intensive (takes place in July and August) as well as the the extended year-round coaching and leadership development program.
